REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

NEW TO DIRECT ATHLETICS?

*Please make sure you sign your teams up for the correct races. 4th-5th-6th graders need to be signed up for the 4th-5th-6th grade division and 7th-8th graders need to be signed up for the 7th-8th grade division.

COST

$200 per school (covers boys & girls teams for both divisions, no cap on participants)

Individuals: $20

PAYMENT

NEW THIS YEAR: You can now pay online via Direct Athletics!!

This is the easiest form of payment and we encourage all teams to pay online if possible.

*Need an invoice?
Email Vince Sherry immediately at vince@runflagstaff.com.
Please include the following information:
  • Team name, as it appears in registration
  • Coach’s name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Any information the school/district requires for invoicing, along with the billing address

*Please submit any PO or invoice requests to vince@runflagstaff.com no later than Friday, 10/13. Late requests for invoices and POs will not be granted.

DEADLINE

Online registration will close on Monday, October 23rd at MIDNIGHT. Payments are due before the meet begins on Saturday October 28th. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All payments must be received by the start of the event, on 10/28. You may bring the check to the meet, in person or mail payment to Run Flagstaff.

Most importantly, all registrations must be completed by MIDNIGHT on Monday, 10/23. There is no race day registration.
