*6th graders may race “up” in division
COURSE INFO: The fan-friendly 2-mile course will once again be a two-loop route that starts and finishes on Regiment Rd. (near the north end of the parking lot). COURSE MAP HERE.
AWARDS: Individual awards will be given to the top 25 in each race. Team awards for 4th-5th-6th Grade Championships will be given out to the first place team. Team awards for 7th-8th grade will be given to the top 3 teams.
DIRECTIONS: The meet will take place at Fort Tuthill County Park in Flagstaff. More about the park HERE.
RESULTS/TIMING: The meet will be electronically timed by RunFlagstaff, and live results will be available during the meet.
REGISTRATION: Registration is NOW OPEN on Direct Athletics. Please register as soon as possible by clicking HERE. The deadline to register is Monday, October 21st at 11:59pm. No exceptions!
PAYMENT: The cost for this year’s meet is $200 per school (covers boys & girls teams for both divisions, no cap on participants). You can pay your meet registration fee online by credit card at the end of the registration process*. We strongly encourage you to pay online as it is much easier for everyone. Teams must be paid in order to participate.
* The payment format is as follows: $20 per runner OR $200 for Schools with over 10 runners. When registering, please register all your athletes across their respective divisions/races . From there, please pay for the registration for ONE of your teams ($200 + processing fee). You DO NOT need to pay the registration fee per team in each race, just pay the registration fee for one team. Once payment is received, we will waive the payment for the remaining categories and acknowledge that the school’s payment has been settled. CONCESSIONS: Please let your parents and athletes know that gatorade, water and snacks will be available for purchase.
